Summer Schedule: April 1 October 31 full cleaning on Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:35 pm - 9:35 pm
Winter Schedule: November 1 March 31 full cleaning on Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:35 pm - 9:35 pm, partial cleaning on Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:35 pm - 8:55 pm

Description :
You must have a valid drivers license and owna reliable car to qualify for this position.Thiscleaner will becleaning 2 buildings in the Vermillion SD area.
Building 1 is located across from the University of South Dakota. The space is primarily carpeted, so vacuuming is a key part of the job.
Building 2 is a three-level facility located downtown, with an elevator access and two stairwells. This cleaner will be responsible for the sanitization of the private offices, cubicle areas, safety deposit box rooms, break room, conference room, restrooms, lobby, teller area, entrances, hallways, and common areas. Some areas will be excluded, especially the sections of the building that are being used by different tenants or companies.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License

• Able to move at a fast pace

• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak basic English.

• You must be 18 years old.

• A pre-employment drug screen and a background check are required.
  

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:

• Sanitize restrooms

• Clean elevators

• Lift & carry heavytrash

• Walk up &down flights of stairs
