Manage booking appointments, both in-person and over the phone, utilizing our scheduling software with precision. Provide detailed information about our services and treatments, including preparation and follow-up care, to clients. Handle client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring client satisfaction. Process transactions and handle billing queries, maintaining accurate financial records. Maintain a clean, orderly, and inviting reception area and client waiting room. Manage client records with confidentiality and accuracy, updating as needed. Assist in coordinating the flow of clients and notify providers of clients' arrivals or cancellations. Engage in promoting our spa's loyalty program and inform clients of ongoing promotions and services. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and managing emails. Liaise with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Requirements: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality. Proficiency in managing reservation software, MS Office, and point of sale systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A passion for the aesthetic industry and a commitment to staying informed about new treatments and products. High school diploma; further education or certification in hospitality or relevant field is a plus.
