MedQuest Pharmacy 4.2 Customer Experience Representative Sign in to apply North Salt Lake, UT Sign in to apply Schedule is M-F 8:30am-5pm POSITION OVERVIEW This Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing a superior customer experience and a supportive environment for optimal customer care. This role involves triaging high volume phone calls, data entry, and addressing other administrative needs. The Customer Experience Representative will support Belmar Pharma Solutions management in carrying out the company's mission. RESPONSIBILITIES Answer and triage phone calls while providing excellent customer service Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always Handle pharmacy email communication and triage Perform data entry for patients and provider demographics Executes a wide range of administrative duties including, filing, faxing, and organizing documents Manage entry level shipping and billing responsibilities Process sales transactions using the cash register (facility dependent) Follow up on customer payments Greet customers and assist with their needs (facility dependent) Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed (facility dependent) Maintain compliance with company patient confidentiality requirements Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the company Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/ TRAINING (e.g. professional qualifications, on-the-job training, education) An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute.
