The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury household standards, with the discretion, efficiency, and professionalism required in a private, high-profile setting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain immaculate cleanliness throughout the home, including deep cleaning, daily tidying, and seasonal tasks Launder and properly care for fine linens, garments, and fabrics Detail high-touch surfaces (e.g., glass, mirrors, fixtures, grout) to a flawless standard Organize and maintain household supplies Escalate maintenance and service needs, provide assistance to vendors when necessary Respect and uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols Follow specific instructions regarding household preferences and routines Support other staff and assist with event preparation or guest readiness when needed Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a private home or luxury hospitality setting (e.g., fine hotels, yachts, estates) Demonstrated attention to detail - noticing wrinkles, smudges, or anything out of place Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Proven integrity and discretion; trustworthy with access to sensitive information and home security systems Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties (standing, lifting, bending, etc.) throughout the day Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively or independently Professional demeanor; punctual, well-groomed, and respectful in all interactions Reliable transportation Availability to work on certain holidays may be required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person See company reviews
