Key Responsibilities: AP Duties: Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors in person, via phone, or email. Accounts Payable support. Accurately process vendor invoices, ensuring correct matching to purchase orders and timely data entry into the accounting system. Reconcile vendor statements, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues to the accounting team. Support the accounting team with other routine payable-related tasks as needed. Maintain digital and physical filing systems for AP documents in accordance with company policies. Receptionist Duties: Back up for incoming calls promptly and professionally; direct callers to the appropriate team member or department. Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and helpful manner. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area. Qualifications: High school or equivalent required, Associate's degree or accounting coursework or business administration is a plus. 1-2 years previous similar experience required (receptionist, office administration or AP support) Strong communication skills- both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) Experience with accounting software is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
