About the position:
This position will be assigned to the Nellis Inn on Nellis AFB, NV.
Regular Full-Time employees are guaranteed 35 hours but may work up to 40 hours per week.
This position does offer benefits.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Must have general experience which provided a basic knowledge of and ability to perform basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical and household/small appliance repairs. Must be skilled in the use of common hand tools, power equipment and in measuring and aligning items to be installed. Skilled in application of fertilizers, sprays, and similar chemicals. Must be able to operate lawn equipment (push/riding mowers, trimmers, etc.). Trade/vocational school certification and/or training is desirable. Basic clerical experience is desirable. Must be able to read, write and speak English.Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
