Miel Restaurant (West Nashville) is hiring an experienced bartender to join our personal and curated bar program. Like our food menu, the bar focuses on seasonality and farm-to-table diningdrawing inspiration from herbs, fruit, and flowers grown in our onsite garden.
Our bar serves neighborhood regulars, solo diners, dining room, and private event guests arriving early for their reservations. We also feature a popular happy hour menu, exclusive to the bar from 4:30-6pm. Were looking for someone who brings:
- A love of cocktails, wine, and how to pair them for the best guest experience
- Strong classic cocktail skills
- A warm, professional demeanor and people skills
- An acute attention to detail and cleanliness.
- The ability to multi-task and fulfil dining room tickets as well as orders from bar guests.
- Experience in fine dining is a plus, but not mandatoryjust bring your passion and curiosity

- Closed major holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Day
- Seasonal breaks: first week of January (Winter) and first week of July (Summer)
- We are closed Sunday-Monday with the exception of some special events throughout the year.
