Control, the brilliant mind behind SafeHouseMilwaukees covert headquarters for spies and agents since 1966is seeking a charming, quick-thinking Host to be the gatekeeper of our top-secret dining experience. As Host, youll be the first point of contact for agents (guests) entering through our hidden red door. With a perfect mix of hospitality and intrigue, youll set the tone for each mission, guiding guests through our cover protocols and ensuring their entry into a world of espionage is smooth, mysterious, and unforgettable.

Your Mission Objectives:

• Welcome incoming agents with warmth, confidence, and a wink of secrecy.

• Manage and maintain a smooth flow of guest arrivals, reservations, and walk-ins using mission-ready reservation systems.

• Coordinate table assignments to optimize seating efficiency and guest experience.

• Deliver secret instructions and coded messages (menus, special missions) with charm and accuracy.

• Answer incoming calls on the secure line and respond to inquiries with wit and professionalism.

• Keep the front entrance and host station impeccably clean and mission-ready at all times.

• Work closely with fellow agents (servers, servers assistants, managers) to ensure seamless operations and guest delight.

• Protect the integrity of the mission at all timesno unvetted agents slip past your post.

What Were Looking for in a Field Operative:

• A natural people-person with great communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentwhile keeping cool under pressure.

• Organized, punctual, and able to multitask like a seasoned operative.

• Comfortable using reservation platforms and point-of-sale systems (training provided).

• Prior experience as a host or in guest service is a plus, but not requiredwell brief you thoroughly.

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Willingness to lean into the themespy gear optional, fun personality required.
