We are seeking a happy, outgoing, reliable and confident Front Desk Concierge to join our operations team at a brand new senior living community in Edmonds, Washington. The Front Desk Concierge must be highly focused on customer service, and possess administrative expertise with a concentration on details.

Available shifts: 4:15 PM - 12:15 AM, 12:15 AM - 8:15 AM

Our beautiful, 6-story Edmonds community boasts 127 units - built for the active modern ager. We are prepping to open! You will take pride in being on the opening team, setting up our front desk area, employee lounge and assisting our Business Office Manager with a variety of administrative tasks.

Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week.

Job Description

The Front Desk Reception Concierge (part-time) performs all reception and clerical duties, including answering phones, greeting guests and residents, managing mail, data entry, and triaging complaints. As the face of the company, the successful candidate will be polished, professional, approachable, friendly, and compassionate with outstanding people skills. Must have a clear understanding of professional communications. Will play a lead role with oversight to other concierges. Will continually provide "white glove" service to residents, guests, and team members.

  • Financial tracking and input
  • Problem solving while remaining calm
  • Assist the Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Answer phones in a professional manner
  • Sets the highest standards for positive customer relations
  • Participation in team meetings
  • Assists with scheduling of activities and transport
  • Participates in training others when appropriate

Qualifications

  • 3+ years prior experience as a receptionist or related field is highly preferred
  • Exceptional Windows platform applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Can think on their feet and solve problems
  • Ability to pivot tasks quickly
  • Must be polished and presentable as you are the first introduction to our community
  • Works well under pressure while keeping a calm demeanor
  • Multi-tasking guru, with the ability to organize multiple duties simultaneously
  • Remains calm under stress
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to step up as needed and think on your feet
  • Presentable and polished demeanor
  • Working knowledge of Canva and CRM systems.
