Schedule : Full-time 30-40 hours p er week | M-F 8am-2pm | Every other weekend

What You’ll Do in This Role:

Are you passionate about bringing joy to others and making a real impact on someone's day? As a Cafe Associate at our senior living community, you’ll do just that! You’ll be the heart of our dining experience, providing exceptional service and creating meaningful connections with our wonderful residents. With every meal you serve, you’ll brighten their day and help them feel valued, cared for, and appreciated.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take orders in café style setting
  • Create an enjoyable dining experience, serving residents and their guests
  • Serve and prep various food items such as salads, soups and sandwiches.
  • Prepare various drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area

What You’ll Need:

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Prior experience in food service or as a server in a restaurant, nursing home, or retirement community serving older adults is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
