As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service with every cup. What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized, top-notch service to every guest.
• Keep our coffee bar spotless and inviting by maintaining the cleanliness of appliances, counters, and floors.
• Handle transactions efficiently, including cash handling and using our POS system.
• Greet and engage with customers, making them feel welcome from the moment they step in.
• Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or direct them to the restaurant manager.
• Stay informed about our payment options and help customers with their choices.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure everything balances at the end of your shift.
• Uphold our high standards of integrity, honesty, and accountability in all dealings.
• Be a team player, ready to work flexible hours, including weekends.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, personable attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Cashier experience and basic computer skills are a plus.
• The ability to handle money accurately and manage repetitive tasks with precision.
• A commitment to cleanliness, both in personal appearance and work areas.
• Multi-lingual abilities are a bonus as we serve a diverse customer base.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
