Barista

We are seeking a positive, outgoing, and organized individual to join our Team as a Barista in a new venture for our company! The focus of this position will be to make hand crafted drinks while creating great Guest experiences! Experience is preferred, though training on the position and equipment will be provided. This position requires an individual with a passion for coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and people!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greeting Guests positively, accurately taking Guest orders, and consistently providing excellent Guest service.
• Preparing a variety of quality beverages (coffees, teas, and more) according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Operating beverage equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and additional related equipment.
• Primarily working at our counter or in our mobile coffee shop with no table-side service.
• Accurately processing payments, which will include cash and credit card transactions.
• Ensure the work area, equipment, and Guest areas are clean and always organized.
• Stocking/replenishing supplies as required.
• Productively multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Effectively working as a Team with fellow Team Members.

The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $15.00 – $18.00+, plus any non-guaranteed tips provided by our Guests at their discretion, and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
