Plastic Surgery Medical Receptionist

We have an opening for a full-time position with hours 8:30am to 5pm in the heart of Beverly Hills. We need you to be the bright, shining star and cheerleader for our practice - ready to serve everyone with a warm and welcoming approach.

Responsibilities Include:
Answering multi-line phones, schedule management, checking patients in and out of the office, processing payments, responding to patient inquiries, providing clerical and general support duties including but not limited to: cleaning of office and additional projects as needs arise. In addition you will assist with in-office procedures, prepare exam rooms, and learn sterilization techniques.

Senior patient coordinators will go through a hands-on training process and you will also be under the guidance of the doctor. The employee will develop many valuable skills including: client relationship management, operational efficiencies, office management, and concierge-level hospitality. In addition, the employee will gain exposure to best-in-class business practices and work with a fun and high-energy team.

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Reliable transportation
Comfortable with computer applications: MS Word, Outlook.
Prior Customer Service Experience
