Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a multi-faceted skill set, as this role involves both housekeeping duties and providing exceptional service to guests or customers. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment while ensuring that guests receive a memorable dining or stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Duties:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries in guest rooms.
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a tidy environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in all tasks.

Serving Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper communication with the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality-related coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in housekeeping and/or serving in a hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Standing for long periods, bending, and performing repetitive tasks.
