Bandol, a French coastal-inspired brasserie and raw bar, is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Servers to join our team. Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, Bandol blends Mediterranean and French classics with modern seafood and an elevated raw bar experience all served in a chic, casual setting. With a full patio on Clark Street and a stunning indoor bar, we serve breakfast, lunch, happy hour, dinner, and weekend brunch daily.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years experience serving in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

  • Strong focus on guest experience and hospitality

  • Solid wine, cocktail, and spirits knowledge is a plus

  • Must be a team player with great communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods (510 hours)

  • Lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment

  • Must be able to safely and efficiently serve food and beverages in a busy space

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($12.62) plus tips
