Kava Kulture LA is seeking a barista / counter person for immediate hire! Experience with customer service and food service preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities include: guiding customers through the menu, cashiering, preparing drinks, and cleaning. Great customer service is a requirement!
Kava is a drink from the Polynesian Islands and we are the first Kava bar in LA. We're happy to educate you on our specialty drinks as long as you're excited to learn and help introduce our customers to this unique experience. Kava Kulture is a small business with a welcoming staff and a core group of regulars.
This is a part-time position paying minimum wage + tips. You must be available for at least 3 shifts/week **and be able to work a closing shift** on both weekends and weekdays. Closing shifts are about 7pm-midnight. We have convenient parking and are located in the heart of Atwater Village. Please email your resume for consideration.
