Key Responsibilities: Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms daily according to hotel standards. Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and replenish amenities. Replace used towels and toiletries and ensure all areas are stocked. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, stairways, and public areas. Follow all company safety and security procedures. Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively. Ensure guest privacy and follow the do not disturb policy. Respond to guest requests and deliver extra items as needed (e.g., towels, toiletries). Work collaboratively with other team members and departments. Qualifications: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel setting preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests. Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
