All Roads Company in Dundalk, MD is searching for an outgoing, detail-oriented receptionist to join our growing team. This role will be the center of communications, assisting customers and acting as a liaison between customers and the team. Ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to incoming calls. Compensation starting at $18hr.

Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer incoming calls and assist customers or direct them to the appropriate department
- Prepare professional correspondence to customers and track responses (Word & Excel)
- Open mail and oversee delivery of packages
- Assist managers with event planning and travel requests
- All other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position with regular business hours Monday through Friday.
