Sous Chef

We seek a motivated and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-volume school dining environment in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Candidates with prior experience in high-volume food preparation and multi-level catering will find this an excellent opportunity to grow their careers.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's licence, as this role includes driving client vehicles for catering and events.

• Monday- Friday
• 6:30 a.m.- 4 p.m.
• Additional hours may be available for events, with advanced notice given.
