A Buffet Attendant is responsible for the full setup, maintenance, refresh, and breakdown of the buffet area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. This includes maintaining all associated plate ware, silverware, and cookware. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position that involves interaction with both guests and back-of-house teams.
