As a Partners' Maitre d' within our Amenity Services you will be the welcoming face to JPMC's Senior Leaders, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining the ambience and efficiency of the front-of-house operations, coordinating with the culinary and dining teams to deliver outstanding hospitality. The ability to handle inquiries and accommodate special requests will greatly contribute to our reputation of excellence.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Greet guests warmly and professionally.
+ Collaborate and communicate effectively with the culinary and dining teams to ensure smooth service flow.
+ Confirm daily menus and food labels are accurate.
+ Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and waiting areas.
+ Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
+ Coordinate with the management team to accommodate special requests and VIP guests.
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
+ Assist in the preparation and execution of special events.
+ Uphold the Amenity Services' standards of excellence in customer service and hospitality
**Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills**
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
+ Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
+ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays as required.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods.
+ High School diploma or equivalent required.
**Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills**
+ Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
+ Additional hospitality training is a plus.
