Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive high-quality service while enjoying their meals. You will be the face of our establishment, creating a weing environment and ensuring that every guest feels valued.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

Assist in food preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are followed at all times.

Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments and maintaining accurate cash drawers.

Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness in the dining area and prepare for new guests.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is an asset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help team members as needed are essential traits for success in this role.
