Hiring: Bartender/Server at Jola Cafe

Jola Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic, driven bartender/server to join our expanding team! We re a well-established neighborhood caf that recently grew into the space next door, allowing us to extend our hours and offer a full dinner menu, craft cocktails, 10 beers on tap, and curated wine selections.

Our atmosp is casual, cozy, and weing with a focus on simple, delicious food and high-quality beverages. We pride ourselves on great service and strongmunity connections.

About the Role:

This position is

approximately 17 hours per week

, with evening shifts and potential for growth.

(Potential additional hours available depending on staffing and events)

Start date:

Mid to end of July 2025

Current Schedule:

Tuesday: 3:00 PM 9:00 PM

Friday: 5:00 PM 9:00 PM

Saturday:

3:00 PM 10:00 PM

What We re Looking For:

Outgoing and engaging with guests

Passionate about cocktails, beer, and wine

Punctual and reliable

Well-spoken and confident behind the bar

Willing to learn experience is a plus, but not required

Interest in cross-training as a barista is a bonus

Compensation:

$17/hour + tips (averaging $6 $8/hour)
