Single Shot Restaurant is currently looking for a brunch bartender / barista. Single Shot is a polished neighborhood restaurant with an elevated food, wine, and cocktail program. We are a destination spot for Seattle diners as well as a local watering hole for our Summit Ave neighbors, and as such consider customer service and true restaurant hospitality to be of the utmost importance. Our staff are expected to be knowledgeable about all of the ingredients we use, as well as confident in their ability to help guests navigate our carefully curated wine and cocktail lists. With just 13 tables and 9 bar seats our restaurant offers an intimate dining environment, and it is our goal to provide a unique and tailored dining experience for each person that walks through the door.
