We are always on the look out for friendly faces to add to our Cheerful family!
Smiling, cheerful, upbeat, self starter, motivated! Does this sound like you? We are looking for these great qualities and more for new Servers and Bartenders. We have days and nights available, and try to get our staff as close to full time as possible. We are currently in the process of adding outdoor seating and we are in need to 1 full time & 1 part time servers.
We are a full service restaurant/bar, food menu available all day every day. Breakfast is served all day. We never close, even during inclement weather. Open 9am-2:30am Daily & Holidays 11am-2:30am.
We have traditional style karaoke 4 nights a week, Comedy Night, Trivia Night, Wicked Wednesday with DJ Wicked & crew for all vinyl spinning weekly, sporting events, staff and customer prize contests, charity events, and ! In addition to special events we offer Happy Hour, daily specials, weekly specials, and monthly specials. These all make for a happy customer base, which means happy staff!

Position Details:
- Full Time/Part Time: 3-5 shifts per week (8-10hrs shifts)
- Starting pay is minimum wage plus tips. Servers make their own tips from the service they provide within their own section and not within a tip pool.
- Weekends & Holiday's required. T may be a mix of AM and PM shifts. Schedules will vary and approved time off is always honored (assuming no other coworkers requested the same time)
- Your schedule will require that you work late nights. (We close at 2:30am, it can take up to an hour or so to close depending on how busy we are)
Essential job requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- 1 year of previous casual dining experience (or customer service experience)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Bar-tending and Expo experience a plus
- Current food handlers permit
- OLCC license required
- Lottery experience is a plus (but not required)
- Able to work on your own as well as a with team
- Strong punctuality and a sense of urgency
- Must have a willingness to learn & strive to get better everyday
- Efficient and safe work practices
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Clearmunication skills
- Being a genuine team player
- Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours and lift 50 pounds
- Availability on nights and weekends
- Maintains a positive, friendly, Cheerful, kind attitude, be respectful and team-oriented
- Ability to take direction
Requirements:
As a member of our team, you will be working in all environments. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The ability tomunicate and exchange information with coworkers and others is also required.
You will be expected toply with all public health requirements.
Working Conditions:
- High noise levels due to operations, guests, and overhead music/karaoke/DJ
- Ability to work in close quarters and around high heat environments for extended periods of time
- May be indoor or outdoor setting (varied weather conditions are expected); possibly delivering order car side to the guest
- Varying schedule to include opening and closing shifts, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates
