Who Should and What You'll Contribute:

You! We look for candidates with a broad range of work experiences and perspectives

Cleaning, scraping, and rinsing food from dirty dishes and utensils & load dishes into washing/sanitizing machine or wash by hand

Disposing of trash orpost as appropriate

Maintain kitchen work area, equipment, plates, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, andanized way

ing team members when needed in order toply with standards and provide responsive guest service

Ensure all health department standards are upheld by enforcing high sanitation standards

Closing the kitchen following the closing checklist per station

Actively participate to maintain a workplace that is weing, inclusive, and equitable for all team members.

When you'll work:

Full time, 30 + hours / week

Physical Requirements:

Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.

Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven and slick surfaces.

Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments.
