Corbeau, Proctor's French inspired restaurant is looking for a few badass people to help fill out our ranks. We focus on craft cocktails, local ingredients, and having the best wine list in the South Sound. Join the team from The Table that was nominated for a James Beard award last year, and help us go win one.
We are looking for those who value hospitality above all else, are willing to work within a tight-knit team, and willing to notpromise themselves and others.
The customer does note first, our staff does.
We work to provide a space in which all of our employees can befortable, fully be themselves, have a space to be collaborative and creative, and feel safe. We will never put up with a guest treating our staff poorly.
You matter. We believe that an employee who has a life outside of work will bring their best to their job. We offer PTO starting after three months, at a rate of two work weeks per year.
Our ideal candidate has craft cocktail experience, can work well with an ever changing menu, and treats others with respect and kindness.
