Fatback Kitchen, the Lardo/Grassa Commissary is looking to add to our crew of cooks as we head into summer. This is large batch cooking to stock all locations of Lardo and Grassa w we make between 60 and 80 different products. We work in a large open kitchen, w you will receive a prep list in the morning and it is up to you to work your way through it in an efficient manner
Essential job requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Follow clear recipes consistently every time
- Sense of urgency even without a ticket
- Independently driven who can manage t personal prep list
- Efficient and safe work practices
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Can operate professionally in a diverse kitchen of 6 to 10 cooks at a time
-We offer a set schedule and amodate as much as possible but at this time we need Saturday availability
