Looking for a highly experienced Server in NYC.

Sofia Wine Bar, a beloved and consistently busy Midtown Manhattan staple, is seeking a full-time, highly experienced server with strong wine knowledge, cocktail experience, and a true passion for hospitality.

We re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves engaging with guests, and knows how to drive a memorable (and high-value) dining experience all while being a team player through and through.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years of experience in full-service NYC restaurants

Strong working knowledge of wines by the glass and bottle

Comfortable guiding guests through our cocktail program

Confident, warm, and charismatic table presence you know how to read a room

Proven ability to upsellanically and increase check averages

Willing to collaborate with coworkers, take initiative, and cover shifts when needed

Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
