Central Machine Works is a unique East Austin brewery, full service bar, and live music venue that caters to folks of all ages providing a unique and diverse experience with our varied programming.

We're looking for experienced, energetic, and personable bartenders to join our team and help create exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate can work incredibly well under pressure while being pleasant and prioritizing customer service.

What You ll Do:

Serve beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy

Engage guests with genuine hospitality and product knowledge

Bartend and maintain a clean andanized bar

What We re Looking For:

2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong knowledge of beer, cocktails, and customer service best practices

Positive attitude, team player, and cool under pressure

TABC and food handler certifications

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events
