Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety guidelines and regulations.
Maintain cleanliness andanization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage.
Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
Ad to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Have a passion for what you do and must be able to work in hot conditions in the summer and cold during the winter.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a fast service food industry or restaurant settings.
Strong skills in meal preparation, with an understanding of culinary techniques and presentation.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellentmunication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new recipes is highly desirable.
Must be wellanized.
Must know sanitation requirements.
