Seeking pizza cook to add to our team for nightly closing duties

Montelupo Focacceria is looking to add a new member to our weekend closing crew!

Shifts will be Thursday - Sunday and be from 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm starting at $18.00/hr + tips

Position expectations:

- Making our delicious focaccia to our standard

- Maintaining a clean/anized station

- Following tickets and getting food out in a timely manner

- Nightly cleaning tasks and weekly deep cleaning tasks

- Following instructions given by Chef or Kitchen Leads

Physical Demands:

- Lifting 50 pounds on occasion

- Standing for majority of shift

- On rare occasions needing to work past or before scheduled times

- Working in a warm kitchen environment

Ideally the person suited for this position is a team player with a desire to lend a a hand whenever possible. Focaccia experience isn't necessary but preferred.
