Join our dedicated hospitality team at The Grange Estate, w exceptional guest experiences are our highest priority. We are seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented individual to support our Front Desk and Rooms operations in a part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and concierge services

Provide knowledgeable and gracious service, ensuring each guest feels weed and well-cared for

Support daily room operations including light housekeeping, room refreshes, and amenity preparation

Assist with reservations, guest inquiries, and property tours

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and front desk areas

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:

Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Strongmunication and interpersonal skills

Professional demeanor with a warm, approachable attitude

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
