The Budd Group is a leading facility services company, and we are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented General Cleaners to join our team. This position is based at a respected private school campus in Lynchburg, VA. If you take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, we want to hear from you!
We have two full-time evening schedules available:
Schedule 1: Sunday - Thursday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Schedule 2: Tuesday - Saturday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing:
As a General Cleaner, you will be essential to keeping the campus neat, presentable, and safe for students, staff, and visitors. Your duties will include:
Performing general cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and dusting.
Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and other high-touch areas.
Collecting and pulling trash and recyclables.
Cleaning interior glass and windows.
Ensuring all general areas of the campus are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness.
Interacting professionally with school staff and providing excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
A self-starter who can work independently and efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills.
The ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
