Forms Cleaner

Job Duties:

• Clean and strip concrete forms using hand tools, pressure washers, and other equipment as necessary

• Inspect forms for damage, wear, or defects; report any issues to supervisor

• Organize and stack forms properly for transport or storage

• Apply form release agents when needed

• Assist in minor repairs of forms and related hardware

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Support the formwork crew as needed with loading/unloading and moving materials

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs repetitively throughout shift
• Must be able to bend and twist throughout shift
• Must be able to pinch, grasp, and pull throughout shift

• Jeans (no sweatpants), shirt/sweatshirt
