Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Back Server (Server Assistant) tosupport our service team in delivering world-class dining experiences. Theideal candidate will have experience in fine dining or Michelin-starredenvironments, with a passion for hospitality and teamwork. As a Back Server,you will assist the front servers by ensuring all service flows smoothly, fromtable setup to food delivery, while maintaining the highest standards ofprofessionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead servers in providing exceptional service,supporting a smooth and timely dining experience.
• Ensure proper table setups and maintain cleanliness andorganization throughout the service.
• Assist with food and beverage delivery, ensuring all itemsmeet the clubs presentation standards.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management toensure seamless communication and service flow.
• Refill drinks, clear plates, and anticipate guest needs,ensuring a refined yet attentive presence at all times.
• Participate in pre-service meetings and adhere to theclub's service standards, policies, and protocols.
• Support in performing opening and closing duties, sidework tasks, and maintaining the dining areas cleanliness.
• Stay informed on food safety and health regulations, andmaintain a high standard of hygiene in your station.
• Follow all opening/closing and side work duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fine dining, luxuryhospitality, or similar environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in ateam-oriented, high-energy environment.
• A professional demeanor and commitment to providingexceptional service to high-profile clientele.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs,and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitalityindustry, with attention to detail and service excellence.
