This person is a hard-working individual who will embody our values while maintaining the 5 star safety and cleanliness standards of eProNet properties. The Room Experience Attendant position will assist in the some minor maintenance needs.

Hours can and will vary weekly and seasonally based on business needs. The majority of the work for this position will occur weekly on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday including holidays from the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Compensation for piece rate is ranging between $30 to $120 per unit. Pieceworker is paid on a weekly basis.
What youll do
Professionally clean and maintain eProNet properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance
Follow step-by-step guide with prescribed company enhanced cleaning standards and protocol
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
Collect and remove trash and debris
Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
Assist with laundry and inventory as needed
Professionally wash, dry and fold laundry items, such as linens, towels, comforters, blankets and bedspreads etc.
Ensure supplies are prepared in a timely manner for pick up
Responsible for picking up and dropping off supplies
Inspect, identify and report any damages to properties
Identify and report any maintenance related problems
Identify and report any lost and found related items
Create maintenance tasks and inspection reports as necessary
Replenish consumable items such as room supplies, soaps and paper products.
Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics on efficiency and utilize task and inspection systems
Work as part of our field operations team to support the day to day, housekeeping and coming to the rescue of any team member in need
Use your basic knowledge of minor maintenance without tools tasks such as changing light-bulbs, batteries and air filters etc.

Complete housekeeping tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day
Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring our properties are clean, cared for, well maintained general repairs, preventative maintenance & inspections
Ensure follow through on assigned housekeeping tasks using in-house assignment system and respond to time-sensitive housekeeping needs
Coordinate with third-party service providers
Participate in daily operations including cleaning and inspecting of units to maintain standards
Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
Communicate priorities through daily and weekly meetings
Correspond on a regular basis via email and phone with the local teams
Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members, field operations team and management team
Correspond on a regular basis with team members, field operations team, and management team
Be available and willing to assist your colleagues, field operations team and management team when necessary
Provide cross-coverage when necessary to ensure urgent issues are addressed
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with fellow team members, field operations team and management team

The skills you'll need
No experience required, we're happy to train you
High school diploma or equivalent training/experience preferred
Related housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Hospitality customer service experience preferred but not required
Self-motivated and customer service oriented
Ability to see projects through to completion
Ability to properly assess problems and provide solutions
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed to support the needs of the business
Reliable, consistent transportation
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Highly responsive and reliable
Strong attention to detail and self-motivated
Prior experience in linen care is preferred but not required
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
Reach overhead and below the waist
Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
Push, pull, and lift less than or equal to 20 pounds
Operate machinery and use of cleaning products
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Can do/will do attitude: when guests are on vacation, we are our busiest. A willingness to help when needed is essential. This will include weekends and holidays.
Computer Savvy: Our remote work developed management systems have set eProNet apart as an industry leader. We use our system to manage all aspects of our business. While we will never ask you to do any coding, we will want you to be very comfortable using our technologies. If you commonly find yourself saying, "I bet I can get on YouTube and figure out how to do that.", you'll be just fine.
Highly Organized: This position requires balancing competing priorities on a day to day and minute by minute basis.
