As a Banquet Server, youll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining and service experiences for weddings, quinceaneras, corporate functions, and other private events. Responsibilities
Greet guests and assist them with seating as needed

Serve plated meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner

Refill drinks, clear plates, and attend to guest needs throughout the event

Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after service

Follow event timelines and directions from event coordinators or floor captains

Set up and break down tables, chairs, linens, and place settings

Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations

Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications
Previous banquet, restaurant, or catering experience preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 2550 lbs

Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Must be 18 years or older
