Barista

We are looking for friendly, dependable Baristas to join our team. In this role, you’ll focus on preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and food items while providing exceptional service to our guests. You’ll also assist with guest orders, upselling, maintaining cleanliness, and restocking supplies.

Key Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times

• Take guest orders at the counter or over the phone

• Prepare beverages to Starbucks specifications

• Accurately enter all transactions in the POS system, process payments, and manage tip reporting

• Ensure all receipts, refunds, and voids are properly documented and approved by a supervisor or manager

• Safely prepare and handle food items, maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Monitor food for quality and freshness

• Assist guests with retail purchases; support inventory, display, and restocking of merchandise

• Anticipate daily product needs and communicate them to the appropriate team members

• Restock and replenish items throughout the shift

• Perform required side work and cleaning duties on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

• Wash equipment and dishes as needed

• Meet company attendance and reliability standards

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required

• Effective verbal communication in English

• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide

• POS system or basic computer experience preferred
