#### Who You Are ####

* 4+ years experience in full-service, 1+ in fine dining

* Confident, charming, a little intense (in a good way)

* Can bartend and serve? Even better.

* You know your way around wine, spirits & a POS system

* Fast, sharp, and a team player no divas!

* Our menu is big, our menu descriptions are even bigger, and youll need to know it cold before you hit the floor. So be ready to study like its finals week.

* Available lunch/dinner/brunch, weekdays & weekends

* Order takers you guide the guest, not just write it down

* Clock punchers

* Sidework dodgers
