Food Service Assistant

Insight Global is seeking a Food Service Assistant for one of our clients in Lebanon, TN. This individual will be working under the supervision of the Food Service Manager and their responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Utilizing excellent customer service skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and visitors to the Cafe

Performing a variety of duties to assist in the operation of the Cafe

Performing cleanup duties of the Cafe, kitchen areas, and dining area

Assisting with meal preparation and serving of meals

Stocking of food and supply inventory

Washing dishes and emptying trash daily

Must be trustworthy of operating the cash register, handling cash and daily accounting of register till

Skills and Requirements

Experience with food service and/or customer service

Basic math and food serving measurements knowledge

Capable of maintaining an active, on-your-feet work pace for the duration of the workday High school diploma or GED

Experience working within food services

Serv Safe certification null
