Dishwasher

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role is vital to maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our culinary operations.

Responsibilities:

• Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment (plates, bowls, trays, silverware and more) by class and type into plastic bins.
• Wash/run all dirty equipment through the dishwashing machine
• Ensure temperature gauges are reading the correct temperatures.
• Stack and sort clean equipment according to company specifications and moving all washed articles into the respective areas
• Clean drains and machines at end of shift and sanitize dishwashing machine and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Six months of experience in a related field preferred
• Proactive and self-organized
• Ability to manage through a substantial workload
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
• Flexibility (different shifts -days, nights, weekends, holidays)
