Reservations Concierge [Remote - Available Within 250 Miles] Full-time

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pre- & Post Concierge to elevate the guest experience from pre-arrival to post-booking. This role is pivotal in delivering thoughtful, proactive outreach that enhances each guest's journey and contributes directly to the resort's revenue success.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Outreach: Professionally engage with leisure guests prior to arrival via phone and email to provide assistance, share resort offerings, and foster a sense of anticipation for their visit.
• Revenue Generation: Promote and book resort experiences including spa services, golf, dining, and exclusive activities using trained sales techniques, product positioning, and personalized recommendations.
• Reservation Accuracy: Manage room bookings with precision, communicating guest requests and requirements clearly to relevant departments.
• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of outbound communications and booked revenue to support performance monitoring and financial analysis.
• Collaborative Support: Assist the Reservations Liaison Team with overflow calls during peak volume periods to ensure consistent guest service.
• Operational Consistency: Execute daily checklist tasks, complete assigned reports, and follow compliance standards for lead tracking and communication.
• Product Knowledge: Stay current on all resort amenities, promotional campaigns, policies, and procedures to provide informed guest guidance.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest inquiries and challenges with professionalism, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

• Minimum 1 year of hotel experience required; Reservations and/or Front Office experience preferred
• Previous experience with Hyatt reservations systems (Reserve, Opera) highly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent listening and verbal/written communication skills
• Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively and remain calm under pressure
• Skilled in resolving conflicts diplomatically and tactfully
• Self-motivated, independent worker with attention to detail
