Full - Time Position

Your Role

As the Restaurant Bartender - Server, youll be the face of our dining experiencecrafting cocktails, serving meals, and creating memorable moments for every guest.

What Youll Do

• Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth

• Mix and serve beverages in compliance with OLCC and company policies

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas

• Perform opening/closing duties and manage cash handling

• Support breakfast and evening receptions and buffet restocking

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

• Adapt to various roles including bartender, server, busser, or dishwasher as needed

What Were Looking For

• 6+ months of bartending experience

• Previous food service and customer service experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Required : Oregon Food Handlers Permit & OLCC Alcohol Service Permit

• Preferred : ServSafe Certification

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. regularly

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and squatting throughout shift

• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
