Join our team at The Spokane Club, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our members and guests. We're seeking dedicated housekeeping professionals to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our hotel facilities.

We are looking for detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team. You'll be responsible for maintaining pristine guest rooms, hallways, and various club areas while providing exceptional service that exceeds our guests' expectations. This role offers opportunities for cross-training in laundry operations and janitorial services.

• Room Preparation: Strip and remake beds with fresh linens, ensuring immaculate presentation
• Comprehensive Cleaning: Dust furniture, vacuum rooms and hallways, wipe surfaces including window sills, walls, and baseboards
• Maintenance Checks: Inspect lighting, heating/air conditioning systems, and set appropriate temperatures
• Restocking: Replenish amenities including stationery, refreshments, drinkware, and room supplies

• Deep Cleaning: Sanitize toilets, tiles, tubs, shower walls, curtains, sinks, and fixtures
• Supply Management: Restock towels, washcloths, soap, toilet paper, and bathroom essentials
• Quality Assurance: Ensure bathrobes, luggage racks, ironing boards, and irons are clean and available

• Maintain supply closets and housekeeping carts
• Communicate room readiness to front desk team
• Cross-training opportunities in laundry and club attendant roles
• Other duties as assigned

• Preferred: One year of hotel housekeeping experience
• Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds regularly
• Comfortable standing and walking for approximately 90% of an 8-hour shift
• Manual dexterity for operating commercial cleaning equipment
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Flexibility to bend, kneel, and reach overhead
• Capable of pushing/pulling equipment for extended periods
