Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

Midtown Staffing Agency needs Front Desk Receptionist
Must have 3+ years of exp. in a clerical environment

Bilingual preferred

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm Friday

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Duties

Answer the phones, transfer to correct contact, and take messages when needed
Give paper work to candidates, take copies of I.D.'s, and E-Verify
Do all back ground checks
Recruit in candidates from Jazz, Indeed, Facebook, and other sources
Input time from customers into Excel spread sheet every week
Handle all payroll related issues with customers and candidates
Order office supplies
Make files and file candidates
Coordinating with vendors to come in for maintenance issues
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
Experience with ADP would be helpful
Other duties as assigned
