Bartender (Grand Opening)

If you’re an experienced bartender who creates memorable guest moments while maintaining impeccable standards, we’d love to meet you.

• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and dining room guests with accuracy and consistency.

• Use proper measuring tools to ensure recipes are followed to standard.

• Interact with guests in a welcoming, professional manner — offering recommendations, answering menu questions, and ensuring satisfaction.

• Take and enter food and drink orders promptly and accurately through the Aloha POS system.

• Check guests’ IDs to confirm minimum age for alcohol service.

• Ensure all cocktails and drinks are prepared with proper presentation, cleanliness, and quality.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, ledges, floors, and surrounding areas.

• Assist with clearing and carrying used glassware, plates, and utensils as needed.

• Restock and replenish bar inventory, supplies, glassware, and serviceware.

• Keep beverage storage areas and coolers organized and clean.

• Attend and actively participate in pre-shift meetings and team updates.

• Collaborate closely with fellow bartenders, hosts, servers, kitchen staff, and management to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Comply with all health department and alcohol service regulations.

• Provide exceptional service to all bar and bar ledge guests.

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar.

• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Current food safety and alcohol service certifications (preferred).
