Kaluz is bringing its signature elevated dining experience to Pembroke Pines this September, and we’re looking for a dedicated Front of House Manager to help us open our doors and set the tone for a memorable guest experience.

What You’ll DoYour responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Lead, train, and mentor front of house team members to deliver consistent, high-level service.
Model and enforce company standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism.
Oversee daily FOH operations, including dining room, bar, lounge, patio, and host stand.
Maintain an active presence on the floor to support staff, resolve issues, and engage with guests.
Monitor and manage guest flow, reservations, and wait lists to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture with clear communication and accountability.
Manage labor costs, scheduling, and staffing needs to align with business demands.
Assist in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and workplace policies at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all FOH areas and support ongoing operational excellence.
