The VIP Lounge Barista plays a critical role in delivering a refined and memorable experience for our most valued guests. Stationed in an exclusive lounge environment, this role combines expert beverage preparation with top-tier hospitality service. You'll be responsible for crafting premium coffee and tea beverages while maintaining an atmosphere of elegance, comfort, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities: Guest Service & ExperienceGreet and interact with VIP guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.
Anticipate guest needs and provide a personalized service experience.
Engage guests with product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
Maintain a calm, courteous, and composed presence at all times.
Prepare and serve a full range of specialty coffee and tea beverages to high standards.
Master various brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, cold brew, French press, etc.).
Create and present drinks with artistry and precision, including latte art.
Monitor and maintain the quality, taste, and presentation of all drinks served.
Ensure the lounge's beverage area is immaculate, organized, and visually appealing.
Restock supplies, maintain cleanliness of machines, utensils, and service stations.
Create a serene, luxurious, and uncluttered atmosphere aligned with the brand image.
Monitor stock levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies, and communicate replenishment needs.
Operate and maintain all barista equipment to ensure consistent performance.
Report any maintenance or technical issues promptly.
Respect and protect the privacy of VIP guests at all times.
Handle high-pressure or sensitive situations with grace and professionalism.
Work closely with lounge hosts, concierges, and security staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience, ideally in a luxury, hospitality, or airline lounge setting.
Proficiency in espresso and specialty coffee preparation techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Immaculate grooming and professional appearance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, or early/late shifts.
Barista or hospitality certification (preferred, but not required).
