Stadium Cleaner

Position Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our cleaning team. As a Stadium Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and performers. This position may require working during live events or after events have concluded.

Pay: $17.75 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: Hours and Days Worked will Depend on Events Scheduled

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize seating areas, concourses, restrooms, locker rooms, suites, and balconies.
• Remove trash and recyclables from bins and designated areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and pressure wash surfaces as needed.
• Restock restroom supplies and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of cleaning equipment and supplies before and after events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in large crowds and loud environments.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and loud noise levels during events.
• Fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times between events.
